About

Meet Charlie

Charlie established Enda Consulting in 2024 after more than a decade working in strategic people management across both public and private sectors. His work has focused on designing and delivering initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, improve employee experience, and lift engagement and performance.


Across organisations of varying size and complexity, he's consistently observed the same underlying issue: employee disengagement was rarely about motivation or capability. It was most often the result of workplace experiences that were poorly designed, unclear leadership expectations, and systems that failed to support people to do their best work.


Enda Consulting was created to address these challenges by working with CEOs and People & Culture leaders to use employee feedback to create improvements that will drive real impact.
